Zumba™ Fitness jive into the body-shaping routine of our Zumba™ program. It's an exhilarating and easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired workout. Take advantage of this calorie-burning fitness party that's moving millions of people toward a healthy lifestyle.
With a combination of strengthening and flexibility exercises, mat pilates creates a whole body workout resulting in a lean and long body. Foam rollers, Therabands, balls and magic rings are incorporated for a complete workout  Monday and Tuesday 8 pm

Core De Force

Join us for a great MMA type workout that focuses on your midsection.   There’s no equipment required. Your body is the only weapon you need to fight hard every single workout. Core De Force brings  in exhilarating Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations and mixes them with fat-blasting cardio and bodyweight moves to help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and carve allover definition. Thursday 8 pm

Adult Ballet

This is a beginning ballet class that focuses on the basics of ballet, terminology and flexibility.  Monday 8 pm

We offer a $7 drop-in class, a 10-class punch card for $50 or an unlimited monthly pass for $65 which includes all adult dance and fitness classes. Refer to our brochure for full details on our class schedules and instructors.
